Orders placed Monday - Friday before 1pm PST will begin processing that day,
excluding holidays, and will ship within 2 business days pending availability

International:

At this time, we are only accepting international orders from Canada, United Kingdom and Australia (and now New Zealand!). (We may expand to other countires in the future.)
UPS International Ground:
$150 flat fee
We found that most international shipments averaged 3 pounds and cost in excess of $100, in some cases $300 so we are now charging a flat rate of $150 USD for shipment to U.K., Australia, and New Zealand.
USPS Global Priority Mail Canada:
Up to 2 items = $15.95 (Global Priority Mail)
3 - 4 items = $19.95 (Global Priority Mail)
5 - 6 items = $24.95 (Global Express Mail)
7 - 8 items = $28.95(Global Express Mail)
Over 8 items, ask for quote.
All orders using a card issued outside of the United States require additional identity verification.:
1) Please fax a copy of the back and front of your credit card, in addition to another form of identification such as a passport to (951) 738-9741 . Write your items & sizes along with your email address on the fax so we can contact you about your order.
2) After we receive your fax, we will verify the item you would like is in stock and quote you a shipping charge.
We will ship your item UPS International Ground which generally takes 4-10 days with a 2-3 day in house processing time. You will be responsible for any taxes or duties. If you refuse any shipment, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item to you and return shipping. The total shipping fees will be subtracted from the total of your refund.
RETURN POLICY:
- Returns are accepted if the item is in original condition with receipt
and tags attached.
- Please include copy of original invoice.
- Returns will only be accepted only if received within 15 days of original order date.
- All sale items are final sale, no returns will be accepted.
- Shipping fees will be NOT credited for returns.
- Customer accounts will be credited upon the receipt of the returned merchandise. Funds may take up to seven (7) days to credit to the customer's account.
- We reserve the right to inspect returned items and judge whether or not the item is in re-sellable condition. If the item is damaged, it will be photodocumented for our records and no refund will be issued.
- Bathing suits are exchange only. No refunds.

PRIVACY: We will not sell or give any of your personal information to third parties for any purpose. We do send notices to our customers about new arrivals and coupons, sales etc.. If you do not wish to receive this marketing email, you simply need to click on the Opt-Out link of your first notice and your email will be automatically and permanently deleted from our marketing email list. ORDERS PLACED IN REVIEW: Occasionally, our merchant account in coordination with your credit card bank will flag orders that seem suspicious. The order will be shown to you as "Failed" after you checkout. This is often due to non-matching billing addresses or non-matching security numbers. If this happens, the funds will be 'authorized' and suspended from your account even if we credit the funds back to you. This can take from 7-30 or more days to resolve. The number of days depends on your bank's policies.
WARNING: You must enter the correct address and security code for your credit card or the amount of your order total will be placed in review for up to 10 days. This means your funds will be frozen until the bank releases them back to you. Carefully enter your billing address and security code. IMPORTANT: Check your address above to make sure it matches your billing statement!
GENERAL POLICIES:
